The Bunya Pine is a coniferous pine, native to Australia that drops these enormous pine nuts that would happily kill you on impact! I have managed to cast a complete one and have turned it into a sculptural vase \ succulent planter.
Glazed on the inside but left matt on the outside, the texture catches the light and looks fantastic with the simplest of displays.
